The Red Devils academy starlet has been tipped to “shock a lot of people” after turning 16 last week.
Ibragimov has been in the Man Utd academy since he was just a kid and was called up to train with the first team when he was only 15 years old.
After dominating in the U16 squad, including netting four times in a 4-1 win over Newcastle, Ibragimov has now begun playing for the U21s.
The rising star came off the bench for the young devils against Brighton yesterday and is said to have made quite the impression.
With one journalist who watched the U21 battle taking to X to claim “he’s going to shock a lot of people very soon”.
Ibragimov has always been highly rated amongst the youth systems at Carrington and has been likened to academy graduate turned Man Utd legend Wayne Rooney by Raducio King.
The academy coach, who has played with the likes of Paul Scholes and Ronaldinho, said: “I could see him playing as a No.10, like a Wayne Rooney role, driving forward, switching balls, tackling, attacking, you name it.
“Just making sure the team does well – he can attack and defend.
“I’ve played the game myself and I know being great at that age is good and it’s something to be proud of.

“However, if the end goal is reaching the first team, you have to keep yourself humble and working. I think he can get there.”
Initially signing for Sheffield United‘s academy, Ibragimov left and has since captained United’s U14s and U15s.
The midfielder is eligible to represent both Russia and England internationally, and has already featured for the Three Lions at youth level.
And he’s not the only star in his family that is on the books at Man Utd.
Younger brothers Gazik, 14, and Muhammad, 12, are also in the youth setup at the club with ALL THREE of the bothers netting for their respective sides over Easter weekend.
Although it is Amir who is the most highly rated of the three at the moment and the youngster has even met Manchester United managerial legend Sir Alex Ferguson.
