Occasional Digest - a story for you

WHEN he’s not on telly or writing children’s books, David Walliams lives in a stunning house in London.

The 52-year-old sold his martial home in 2019, following his split from Lara Stone and now lives in an equally impressive property with his two dogs – Bert and Ernie.

Over the years, the former BGT judge has given fans an insight into his home, where he often spends time with his beloved mum.

The stunning house features a large carpeted stair case and wide hallways, adorned with pictures taken by the star, who is a huge fan of photography.

David’s kitchen has a classic and clean aesthetic, with white walls, bar stools and a large TV.

Not surprisingly the place is also full of books, creating an inspiring atmosphere for the author.

David previously lived with wife Lara in Noel Gallagher’s old home, Supernova Heights in Belsize park.

He bought it for £3.25 million and made a hefty profit when he sold it for £5.35 million.

The Little Britain star, who shares a son Alfred, 10, with son Lara, also owns a house on Western Esplanade in Hove, knowns as Millionaire’s Row, where he likes to unwind when not in the city.

The star is not short of money after he secured a huge payout over his spygate lawsuit with Britain’s Got Talent

He reached an out of court settlement with makers Fremantle Media which is said to be a seven-figure sum.

David – who was represented by top legal firm Brandsmiths – also won an apology from the producers after they admitted “recording, transcribing and retaining” his every word whilst on the show.

Transcripts of his private conversations – in which he ridiculed two contestants – were later leaked “without his knowledge”.

His £1million contract offer was withdrawn weeks later and he was replaced as a judge by Bruno Tonioli.
