Sandra (@sandra.maria.home) shared the home tip in a TikTok video.

She held up a screwdriver, showing off the various ridges on the handle.

Turning the screwdriver to the side, she added a socket to the end.

“Did you know that a screwdriver has all of these ridges so that you can attach a socket or a wrench to give more torque?” she asked.

With a simple flick of her wrist, she was able to easily twist the screwdriver without exerting too much force.

Sandra said the hack was great for jobs that were really stuck on there.

“Next time, if you’re really struggling to unscrew something and you’re afraid you’re going to strip the screw, do this instead,” she advised.

Women praised her for sharing the simple but educational tip.

“May your pillow always be cold,” said one commenter.

“Well biscuits, something else I learned on TikTok,” said another.

One woman joked that she didn’t even need school with how much she learned on the app.

“At this point, what was high school even for? I learn more here than I ever did there,” she said.

One woman was able to impress her husband with her newfound knowledge.

“My husband works in HVAC…. and I just blew his mind,” she said.

“Just sent this to my husband ’cause he was struggling with one this morning! Ty!” said another, who was happy to impart the tip to her loved one.

A few women had plans to flex the tip over their clueless husbands.

“Now I’m going to gloat to my husband that I know something he doesn’t about tools,” said one.

“Next time my husband struggles I’m going to say, ‘Come on didn’t you know that this is how you do it!? And roll my eyes,'” joked another.
