Nicole (@itsnicolechristine) shared how she discovered her boyfriend’s betrayal in a TikTok video.
She explained that she had felt uneasy a year-and-a-half into dating him, noting his “strange” behavior but had no proof of his infidelity.
The morning of her discovery, she had looked for signs, including sniffing her pillow but even though her boyfriend knew she was onto him, he attempted to gaslight her.
“He called me crazy. He said I was a psycho. I looked around the room, I felt like things had been moved. He called me absolutely crazy,” she said.
That day, her boyfriend had left for a “beer with the boys” right before leaving for the airport but had left clues.
After he had left, she noticed the smell of his cologne wafting in their bedroom, leaving her wondering why he would spritz on fragrance for just a quick friend hang.
He had left his Apple watch behind, which rang thanks to an Amber Alert.
Upon silencing the notification, an “I miss you already” text immediately popped up on the screen.
Nicole quickly realized it was from a girl her boyfriend had been in a relationship with for two weeks.
After reading through the texts, she saw her boyfriend had made the girl promises, like being in it for the “long haul.”
“All the while he’s laying his beautiful little head beside me every night, still planning our lives,” she said.
“This is a full-on dual relationship. Dual life mastermind, next level amount of deception type of sh*t.”
Upon further investigation, she realized he had been talking to multiple women.
She even recognized the formula that he operated by, giving the other woman a “copy and paste” version of the love-bombing she had experienced.

While she was disappointed, Nicole was thankful that she found the truth before she had done something she’d regret, like marrying him.
“Once I was pregnant, once I had kids, for the rest of my life, so legitimately, I feel like an Amber Alert just saved my life,” she said.
People agreed that a year and a half down the drain was much better than the rest of her life.
