But more recently Megan Fox’s appearance has divided opinion, with some claiming she looked almost unrecognisable last month while at the Super Bowl with her fiancé, rapper Machine Gun Kelly, 33.
Now Megan, 37, has taken back control and confessed to spending £25,000 on three boob jobs over the past 16 years — along with a nose job, Botox and laser surgical procedures.
Megan, 5ft 4in and now with a 32D bust, said: “My boobs have been fake since I was 21 or 22.
“I got them done in between the first and second Transformers films. But I had them done conservatively. Because back then everyone did the work, but you had to do work that was undetectable.
“I, always, was that little girl that was in the mirror like, ‘Where are my boobies?’. I always wanted big boobies.”
‘The biggest boobs’
Becoming a mum to her three sons, Noah, 11, Bodhi, nine, and Journey, seven, from her marriage to Beverly Hills, 90210 actor Brian Austin Green, prompted the next round of surgery.
She added: “I had them redone after I was done breastfeeding my kids.
“I don’t know where they went, but they went.
“Then I had to have them redone very recently because with the first set I didn’t have enough body fat to disguise them — you could see the rippling thing of the implants.”
I wanted t**ties. I don’t care what’s on trend, give me 1990 stripper t**ties. And he did it.
Megan Fox to surgeon
Discussing her third surgery, she said she chose to go bigger and begged her surgeon to give her “stripper t***ies”.
She explained: “My body doesn’t react well to general anaesthesia, so when I go to have a surgery it’s a very big deal.
“Going under anaesthesia is a risk to your life, so when I had to go in for this set I was like, ‘Look, if you’re going to put me to sleep, if I’m going to be sick for two months from the general anaesthesia . . . I better wake up with the biggest boobs you can fit in’.
“And that is what he said he did. They’re a 32D, which is not that big, they just look big on my body, because my body’s tiny.”
Megan added: “I was like, ‘I want a reward for the suffering I have to go through, I don’t want to wake up with a full B cup’.
“I wanted t**ties. I don’t care what’s on trend, give me 1990 stripper t**ties. And he did it.”
On the Call Her Daddy podcast, Megan said she had had another procedure along with injectables on her face but refused to reveal what.
Despite rampant speculation about her new looks on social media, she insisted she had never changed anything else on her face, bar a nose job a decade ago.
Some who spotted Megan at the Super Bowl in Las Vegas posted photographs of her on Instagram, branding her “unrecognisable”.
Others compared her to Kim Kardashian in pictures shared from a party with Taylor Swift and her American footballer boyfriend Travis Kelce whose team, the Kansas City Chiefs, won the game.
In the revealing interview, Megan shut down the speculation and denied claims she’d had buccal fat removal, which helps slim your cheeks.
She said: “I’ve never had any liposuction or body contouring or anything like that.”
I will never be taking fat out, which leads me to I’ve never had any liposuction or body contouring.

She continued: “I’ve never had a facelift of any kind, no lateral brow lift, although I would like one.
“No regular brow lift, I’ve never done threads (a non-surgical facelift procedure using fibres).
“That’s not because of some moral thing, I just don’t really believe they work and I’m also afraid they would interfere when I do need to have a facelift.
“I’m very tempted to go have my eyebrows snatched, like, all the way (back). I want that look.
“That seems fun and you can do it on a lunch break. I see why it’s so tempting.
“I will never be taking fat out, which leads me to I’ve never had any liposuction or body contouring.”
Megan got her first acting role in 2001 film Holiday In The Sun, with the Olsen twins, landing her breakthrough role as Mikaela Banes in Transformers six years later.
She became one of the world’s most popular pin-ups and signed big-money deals with brands including Armani beauty and last year appeared in two films, Johnny & Clyde and Expend4bles.
‘Circus freak’
The pressure of her film and modelling career saw Megan making changes to her body, admitting in 2009 that she was crippled by low self-esteem.
She told Rolling Stone magazine: “I’m really insecure about everything.
“I see what I look like but there are things that I like and things that I dislike.
“I never think I’m worthy of anything.
“I have a sick feeling of being mocked all the time.
“I have a lot of self-loathing.”
Working on the first Transformers film prompted her to get her first boob job, with Megan claiming director Michael Bay repeatedly told her “just be sexy” when she asked how he wanted her to be in a scene.
She said at the time: “I’ll say, ‘Who am I talking to? Where am I supposed to be looking?’. And he responds, ‘Just be sexy’. I get mad when people talk to me like that.”
I think I had a genuine psychological breakdown. I didn’t want to be seen, I didn’t want to have to take a photo, do a magazine, walk a carpet
Megan Fox
In 2009 she appeared in the film Jennifer’s Body, which Megan said saw her have a breakdown because of the scrutiny over her looks.
She said later: “It wasn’t just that movie, it was every day of my life, all the time, with every project I worked on and every producer I worked with.
“It preceded a breaking point for me.
“I think I had a genuine psychological breakdown.
“I didn’t want to be seen, I didn’t want to have to take a photo, do a magazine, walk a carpet.”
While Megan is more comfortable now in her body, she admitted she would go under the knife again.
She said she wanted a Brazilian bum lift — when doctors transfer fat from your stomach, hips, thighs and lower back and inject it into your buttocks.
But she conceded her size six frame meant she didn’t have enough fat to transfer, meaning she would have to wait to get fat donated by another person.
Megan said of the procedure: “If I could, I would. I don’t have the extra body fat.
“That surgery is such a hard one to recover from.
“It’s basically like three months you have to lie flat on your face. You’re bruised for an eternity.
“If I was to ever do that, if I’m going to survive that surgery, you’re going to give me an a**e that’s an anomaly.
“Like I’m going to walk through a park and I’m going to turn around and everyone is going to be whispering and laughing and talking because they’re like, ‘What? What are we looking at?’. Like, circus freak.
“If I’m going through that healing process, I want that. I’m not coming out with like, ‘Oh, has she been really hitting the gym recently?’.
“It’s got to stop people in their tracks.
“When in the future you can take donated fat from people, I will be doing that.”
