The former Coronation Street actress and TV presenter shared a timely tweet as Fern, 66, dished out her nominations.
This Morning star Fern was given the power to evict one person immediately – before Friday’s final.
And she barely blinked before picking Irish music manager Louis Walsh.
But because it was St Patrick’s Day, Big Brother gave him a lucky four leaf clover that protected him and he was saved from the axe.
Louis learned of his roller coaster fate in a Diary Room chat with Big Brother, as the housemates watched from the living room.
But what they hadn’t seen was Fern picking Louis for eviction earlier in the day.
When Louis emerged from the Diary Room he declared “one of you wanted to get rid of me today” and the group were left trying to figure out who made the call.
Fern later headed out to the Diary Room and admitted that she’s terrified they’ll find out it was her who picked Louis, and she broke down in tears.
Last night, Denise Welch shared a post on X, formerly Twitter and said: “The mask is beginning to slide away.”
Fans took it as a dig at Fern, and one replied: “There’s something about her that’s very insecure to me. Can’t put my finger on it.”
Another hit back at Denise and wrote: “Fern to win!”
Another star has taken aim at Fern after last night’s episode.
Kerry Katona, who endured a painful interview on This Morning ten years ago, said: “Big Brother is the most amazing thing ever.
“I’m so glad Louis is in the final, what a twist and turn of event.
“David to win, Zeze and Louis. They’re my three finalists. Because they have given me great TV, I think Fern should go, it’s her time.
“I think her mask is slipping a bit. She should go now, she’s the odd ball out.”
