But with the cost of living looming upon hard-up Brits, every little penny saved counts.

Luckily, a bargain hunter has shared a huge deal on a favourite toy among kids.

Taking to Facebook group Extreme Couponing And Bargains UK, the savvy shopper found the Magic Mixies selling for a fraction of its original price.

The user said: “Magic Mixies Magic Genie Lamp Was £59.99 Now £24.99 at Amazon.”

Made by brand Moose Toys, the popular item boasts three interactions – including a mist, a spell casting and a surprise factor.

The toy is recommended for kids aged five to eight.

The little ones can rub the lamp to reveal a magical ring.

They can also shake the lamp and say the words “Magicus Mixus” to reveal the Genie Mixie.

But shoppers are urged to rush as the offer is only available while stock lasts.

The user advised: “Be quick as limited stock is available at this price.”

Parents can nab the Magic Mixies Magic lamp on Amazon by accessing their online website.

It’s possible that the item might not be available in all stores – so you might want to call ahead to check and avoid a wasted trip.

Retailers often introduce big discounts on old stock to make way for new items at the start of the season.

But you should always have a quick shop around first as you might be able to find a similar product cheaper elsewhere.

Use price comparison tools like Google Shopping to find similar products from other retailers and compare prices.
