Should they beat the German giants, they will face the winner between Manchester City and Real Madrid in the semi-final.

If Arsenal progress in Europe, their fixture list will become increasingly congested in April.

Mikel Arteta’s side next take to the pitch on March 31 versus title rivals Man City.

The packed April then sees them face Luton, Brighton and Bayern in the first leg at home within a week.

It’s another three games in seven days afterwards as Arsenal clash with Aston Villa, Bayern in the away second leg and Wolves.

The club then have a huge and potentially title-deciding North London derby against bitter rivals Tottenham.

However, Arsenal still have a fixture against Chelsea to fit in, which was initially scheduled for this weekend but was postponed due to the Blues’ progression in the FA Cup.

There is a chance it could be squashed in ahead of the Spurs meeting.

But Prem chiefs could also decide to add it as a midweek fixture in the penultimate week of the season that commences on May 13.

After the North London derby, their head-to-head with Bournemouth may get sandwiched between the potential Champions League semi-final ties.

The run-in sees Arsenal head to Old Trafford to play Manchester United before the final match of the domestic season against Everton.

Wembley hosts the Champions League final on June 1.

Fans are worried by the fixture congestion with so many big games to come.

One said: “We are cooked.”

Another added: “Not making it out alive from this run.”

Others can’t wait, writing: “This is what we all wanted – Arsenal competing again at the top table, big game after big game. Buzzing for it.”
