The weathered comic book is part of a collection of vintage items found tucked away in a creepy house in Toddington, Bedfordshire.

The valuable comic could now fetch hundreds of pounds due to four mysterious numbers inscribed on its back cover.
Urban explorer Kyle Urbex stumbled upon the huge find while exploring the abandoned house dubbed “The Disney House”.
Kyle said: “The site sits frozen in time like a house sized memory box rotting away.
“The building will likely be raised to the ground via demolition work sometime in the near future if an owner doesn’t step forward and save the property turning into a home once more.”
The item was found among a set of vintage Disney books printed over five decades ago – featuring beloved characters and stories.
Pictures show a brightly coloured comic page titled ‘The Toppex and Buzz’ dating back to September 6, 1975 amid decaying furniture.
He also found Disneyland comic books from the 1970s from popular fairytales – including Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Rapunzel, Beauty and the Beast, The Sleeping Beauty, Handel and Gretel, Puss in Boots and The Frog Prince.
The children’s book series are believed to have been published from 1970 to 1975.
The treasure hunter added: “I quite enjoyed this one with all the Disney items inside.
“It was quite interesting browsing through all the different books and magazines.”
They become extremely popular among nostalgic collectors as the are extremely rare to find.
The Disneyland memorabilia could sell for as much as £250 on Ebay.
Other items found inside the abandoned house revealed owners had lived in the property for 43 years until passing in 2012.
According to a Bedford City Council permission document found in the property, owners used the site for car maintenance.
Kyle explained: “I found it quite sad that the house has been left to rot, I do hope it can be saved sometime in the near future and all the Disney memories can be found a new home.
“My bet would be they all are sadly destroyed and eventually turned into a pile of rubbish.
“Another time capsule on the list, however which is always a bonus.”
It comes as an extremely rare Harry Potter book was found mysteriously dumped at a charity‘s door is now selling it for £10,000.
A generous donor gave away the first edition of the Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone to the shop on the Isle of Wight.
Is your vintage book worth any money?
If you have books collecting dust at home that you think may be valuable, there are a few things to keep in mind.
Firstly, the condition of it is key and will impact the value.
First edition books are also highly sought-after and will usually be more valuable than a later printing.
Better yet, if the author has signed it, you can expect it to be worth more.
The number of copies in existence will also have an impact.
To check if your books are valuable, it’s worth first looking up completed listings on eBay and filtering by the highest value.
You can also decide to have it valued by auction houses but be aware of any fees.
If you decide to sell, remember that you’re not guaranteed to be quids in.
