One influencer has seemingly struck gold at Home Bargains, with skin-nourishing night creams and perfume for less than a fiver.
Despite regularly saving herself a small fortune on the recent haul, Holly Barns isn’t afraid to give her brutally honest opinion on Tiktok.
When this air hostess isn’t up the clouds, she is busy trawling supermarkets and discount shops for the best bargains on offer.
Having heard about the supposed Sol De Janeiro dupes in Home Bargains, the beauty guru knew that she had to pick them up and test them for herself.
First in her basket was the Glow body butter with a stunning scent of vanilla, almond and salted caramel for just £4.99.

Not only did it have the same heavenly smell, the moisturiser also had virtually identical yellow and white packaging to the iconic Sol De Janeiro products.
Comparing it to the high-end cream, she gushed: “It smells just like the Bum Bum cream. It is actually so nice.”
Given how similar the products are, it seems that the Glow Body Butter is more than worth the money – especially as the Sol De Janerio cream costs a staggering £35.
However, the 30-year-old wasn’t done with her reviews as she also picked up the Glow perfume mist in pink lychee and crystal waters.
Though to be similar to the Brazilian Crush perfume, the highly sort-after dupe has already been selling out as influencers rush to get it.
It is hardly surprising as Holly told her 35,000 followers: “This smells incredible and it smells just like my real one…just smells of heaven.”
Whilst the real Sol De Janeiro perfume will set you back an eye-watering £24.00 for a 90ml bottle, you can nab a near identical scent or just £3.99 at Home Bargains.
Having stocked on heavenly scents, the air hostess then turned her attention to the skincare that was on offer at the discount store.
Though she already had enviably glowy skin, Holly wanted to test the Biovene Retinol Night Lift cream which claims to tighten and improve the appearance of fine lines.
Made with organic strawberry and cherry essence, the anti-ageing cream usually retails for £15.99 but she managed to find it at Home Bargains for just £1.99.
Sadly, she wasn’t quite as impressed with this product as she had been with the other items in her haul.
“They had it in TK Maxx for the full price,” she explained, adding: “It doesn’t smell great but I’ve got high hopes for this. I keep seeing everyone use it on Tiktok.”
As someone who travels frequently, her final purchase was the Biovene Face Fluid serum with built-in SPF and hydrating hyaluronic acid.
“They did this in a 30ml and 50ml, this is meant to be £20 and I got it for £1.99” she gushed, adding that the skincare smelt ‘amazing’.
With all these beauty buys on off, it seems like the perfect time for trip to Home Bargains.
