Stephanie (@seniorstrong) showed off her body in a TikTok video.

She couldn’t help but credit her success to singer-songwriter Tina Turner as she flexed her figure in a two-piece bikini.

Stephanie paired the floral set with a matching orange hat and accessorized with orange bracelets.

“I’m 66 and I’ve always admired Tina Turner‘s strong, powerful legs,” she said.

She explained that the singer’s beauty served as motivation for her to keep at her goals.

“Which is one of the reasons why I train legs every three days,” she added.

She shared footage of herself working her legs in her home gym as she performed reps on a machine.

Beyond aesthetic reasons, Stephanie also worked her legs out to prevent long-term health problems.

“Leg strength is the most reliable predictor of our physical functionality later in life,” she said.

“Greater leg strength can lower the risk of cognitive diseases like dementia and Alzheimer’s.”

I struggled with back problems for years until I became an OAP bodybuilder – I’m might be 70 but don’t you dare call me old

Stephanie zeroed in on her fitness goals, which aimed for sustained benefits over the long haul.

“Train to be stronger, train to live longer,” she encouraged.

People were inspired by her message and her determination.

“Yes to it all! Training to be better and live longer!” said one commenter.
