I tried a $5 TikTok viral whitening tip – it gives you pearly teeth without ruining them like the strips do

Occasional Digest - a story for you

AFTER seeing multiple women swear by a teeth whitening trick, one wellness guru decided to give it a try.

She said it doesn’t cause damage like the traditional strips do.

Wellness promoter Leah Stapleton (@leahmstapleton) said she was influenced by a group of popular sorority girls who prioritize beauty.

The University of Alabama, known for its hardcore sorority rush process, went viral last year after students shared how they get ready for bid day.

And one hack many of them use to look good enough to secure a spot: teeth whitening.

So, Leah followed suit from afar.

“Bama Rush TikTok taught me to brush my teeth with whitening mouthwash,” she began in the clip.

“And it is legit the best tip ever for whitening my teeth without totally ruining them.”

She filmed herself pouring the mouthwash over her toothbrush and then scrubbing the surface as one normally would with paste.

When she was done, she flashed her pearly grill.

Besides being cheaper than teeth whitening strips, as a bottle of Crest 3D Glamorous White Mouthwash costs only $5 at Target, Leah thinks it’s better for your dental hygiene.

“My dentist told me to stop using teeth whitener, so this is my compromise.”

My dad thought it would be a good idea to order fake teeth from Temu – it was a fail & people say he looks like ‘Jurgen Klopp from Wish’

Viewers loved the hack.

“I’ve done this since middle school because my mom wouldn’t let me get whitening strips,” one person admitted.

“Thank you for this. I bet it’s way better for my sensitive teeth than strips,” added another.
