Dan, 33, looked delighted as 23-year-old Ella turned heads in a cropped top and miniskirt.
The Sun told last week how Ella and Dan have enjoyed a holiday fling during the filming.
Stars of the ITVBe reality show recently jetted off to the exotic location and have been staying at a £2.1k a week resort.
The hunk dated former flame Amber for six years before they split in May last year – and it was played out in emotional scenes on the reality show.
Opening about this new romance, he told The Sun: “We are away together – we are two of the only single people on the show.
“It has just naturally happened out here. It is early… it isn’t anything deep.
“Some stuff happened in the past that we got over.
“We became friends again.”
But news of the fling has left the cast divided – due to his ex Amber being on the trip.
Amber has been seen spending time with Chloe Meadows, Courtney Green and Elma Pazar were, while Ella has stuck with Dani Imbert, Harry Derbidge and Saffron Lempriere.
Discussing how Amber might feel about the news, Dan said: “Whatever happens now [with Ella] we will go with the flow – she is single and I am single.
“I don’t owe anyone anything. I am out here enjoying myself.”
Ella and Amber, 30, previously clashed on the show, but despite this Dan has insisted Amber isn’t bothered by his and Ella’s romance since moving to Dubai to start a new life.
He said: “She has moved country. She is seeing someone else.
“Amber briefly mentioned Ella… she said she wanted me to know she is fine with it and that’s she’s fine being around me.
“I haven’t had anything to do with her really so I wouldn’t expect her to be bothered.”
