Xbox players can’t believe they can play four games completely free – but there’s a catch

Occasional Digest - a story for you

XBOX is often known as the budget option for gamers, but there is a deal right now that is better than most.

Those who subscribe to Xbox Game Pass Core or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate can participate in Xbox Free Play Days every week.

Dead Island 2 is completely free to play this weekend

However, this week is better than most as there are four games available to play completely free.

The offer runs from Thursday, February 15, 2024, until Sunday, February 18, 2024.

During this time, subscribers can play as much of the game as they want, meaning that you even have the time to complete some.

Not only this, but if you purchase any of these games during the weekend, then you can grab them at a deep discount.

The first of the four games available this week is Dead Island 2, the long-awaited sequel to the goofy zombie shooter.

Taking place on a tropical island where zombies have taken over, you can create multiple weapons in order to take on the horde.

The next big game available is Code Vein, which is available at 85% off during the sale.

This post-apocalyptic action RPG can be played alone with a computer partner or online with friends in co-op.

The next game is Warstride Challenges, which is rated 9/10 on Steam.

Warstride is an old-school first-person shooter in the style of Doom, where you fight off demons in increasingly difficult trials.

The final game available is Nickelodeon All Stars Brawl 2, which is a take on Super Smash Bros. with Nickelodeon characters.

The sequel improved a lot on the original game getting more people in on the action.
