Laura Adlington, a plus-size fashionista and Great British Bake Off star, who is a size 26, and her bestie, Lottie Drynan, who is a size 12, explained that they have found a dress that looks ‘banging’ on both bodies.

Posting on social media, we saw the best friends model each dress, as Laura uploaded the clip with the caption ‘Welcome back to our ‘Same dress, different bodies’ series with me and Lottie Drynan.’
At the start of the clip, Lottie said: “Welcome back to our first same dress, different bodies of 2024.”
Laura then explained: “I recently shared the most hideous plus-size dress from River Island and guess what? She’s only gone and bought it.”
We then saw both besties wearing the patterned, floaty mini dress, as Lottie beamed: “Tell me that you don’t think that looks cute on you.”

For the second option, the pair wore a khaki jumper dress, priced at £45, as Lottie confirmed: “Second option, Laura’s choice.”
Laura was thrilled with her find, as she beamed: “I absolutely smashed this.
“I think this looks banging on both of us.”
Lottie then chimed in: “I would never pick this, but I love it.
“I really do, I think this suits both of our shapes, it’s so comfortable. It’s good quality.”
For the last dress of the haul, we saw the blonde beauties wearing a white midi frock.
But the pair were both left with mixed emotions, as Laura shared: “We’re very aware we’ve just gone from a knitted dress to a summer dress, but bear with us…This is nice.”
Whilst Lottie claimed: “This is cute”, Laura then said: “I feel like we’re about to be christened.”
Despite this, Laura continued: “It’s very comfy. This would look great with a denim jacket.”
Whilst her bestie Lottie admitted: “I feel very glamorous.”
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @lauraadlington, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it was shared just 22 hours ago, but has quickly amassed 94,700 views.
Social media users were impressed at Laura and Lottie’s try on clip and many took to the comments to share which dress was their favourite – with white winning the overwhelming majority.
One person said: “Love the white dress.”
Another added: “Love the white dress on both of you… especially with the denim jacket.”
A third commented: “The white is fabulous and by far the best.”
