AN AIR FRYER whizz has shared the easy way to cook an entire batch of pancakes in one go using the cooking device.

Curry’s took to social media to celebrate Pancake Day on February 13 and showed off the easy cooking hack.

We often spend hours in the kitchen flipping pancakes for the family on Shrove Tuesday, but not anymore.

Although flipping pancakes is a skill that we love to show off, sometimes you just want to cook your pancakes and be done with it.

Thankfully, the retailer’s hack will mean you won’t have to put any effort into it this evening but still enjoy a sweet treat.

Whether you opt for sugar and lemon or banana and Nutella, this hack is going to make life a whole lot easier.

In the clip, the food whizz began by making a batter for American-style pancakes.

Shrove Tuesday, or Pancake Day is a moveable feast it can fall anywhere between February 3 to March 9

They then laid down sheets of baking paper on the bottom of the air fryer basket, to ensure there was no spillages.

After, they poured a small amount of the pancake mix on top.

The foodie then adds another layer of paper on top of the batter and repeats the steps until the ar fryer is full.

The end results show perfectly golden and fluffy pancakes that were then stacked up and smothered in chocolate sauce.

“For fluffiest results, try cooking one at a time, and layer a tiny bit of oil for a couple of mins of the baking time for that extra crispy look,” they added in the comments section.

While they didn’t share the exact timing, recipe or temperature to cook the pancakes – plenty of people went away to make their own creations.

The clip posted to their TikTok account @currys has since gone viral with over 9million views and 380k likes.

People were quick to take to the comment section of the post and said they couldn’t wait to try it for themselves.

One person wrote: “What!?!?!?! genius”

Another commented: “Is there anything they can’t do???!”

“Excuse me!? I don’t need to flip a million little pancakes,” penned a third.

Others weren’t convinced the hack would work as well as it looked.

Meanwhile a fourth said: “Only the top one will cook and the rest you need to cook one by one.””

Tried it – doesn’t work,” claimed a fifth.

Someone else defended the hack, saying: “I’ve done these in the air fryer, add baking powder & yes they do brown like this.”
