Middleton family ‘thrilled’ to see Kate home

The whole Middleton clan is “thrilled” to have the Princess of Wales home, a royal author has said.

Ingrid Seward – editor in chief of Majesty Magazine – told Fabulous: “All the Middleton family including the spaniel Orla would have been thrilled to see Kate home. 

“It was a great opportunity for Kate to spend time with sister Pippa, before she jetted off on her half term holiday.

“Both Michael and Carole Middleton have always been central to Kate’s life and now their help is needed.

“William is back working with some extra royal duties, so mum Carole is ready to step in whenever she is needed, which she will be.”

Royal expert reveals troubling reason Prince William refused to see Harry

Author Angela Levin has now revealed the reason William wanted to steer clear of Harry was over fears he would “sell stories”.

She told GB News: “William knows that Harry will use conversations to get more publicity.

“He would also use it to be able to sell anything that William said to him and make money that way with Netflix.”

It comes after royal expert Richard Fitzgerald exclusively told The Sun that there’s “no chance” of Prince William forgiving Harry.

Charles’s 30 minute reunion with Harry

King Charles spent 30 ­minutes with estranged son Harry — their first meeting in 16 months.

Harry flew 5,000 miles from the US to London after his dad’s cancer diagnosis.

The Duke of Sussex, 39, landed at Heathrow at lunchtime on Tuesday following a ten-and-a-half hour overnight flight.

He was whisked to London while Charles, 75, delayed a helicopter flight to Sandringham so they could hold their first meeting in 16 months.

The King was said to be “doing very well” and “entirely his normal self”.

A friend who saw His Majesty said: “If you didn’t know there was anything wrong with him you wouldn’t know.”

Stephen Fry praises King Charles for making diagnosis public

Stephen Fry has hailed King Charles for making his cancer diagnosis public.

Speaking on the BBC’s Today Podcast, the former QI host said: “I am anxious, of course – anxious for his wellbeing, and anxious that, having sort of been in the wings all this time and to have such a short time on centre stage, if he were to be seriously ill, would be really, really sad, because he has a lot to do and a lot he wants to do.

“I think what he wants to do is good, is beneficial for the country and for the people he’s there to help.”

“Cancer is sort of mushroom-like – in the dark it grows,” he added.

“It’s more dangerous when not exposed to the light. It’s a bit like the Voldemort principle in the Harry Potter books – if you’re afraid to say the name then the name has more power over you.”
