The SLK is a gorgeous convertible that packs a serious punch.

Showing off an Autocar ad that lists a second-gen, 2005 motor at £4,990 and has “only done 50,000 miles”, Mo reveals the German whip boasts 272bhp.

That gives it an impressive top speed of around 142mph and a 0-60 acceleration in 7.9 seconds.

The second-gen model packs a more compact, revised roof mechanism compared to the first-gen and can be operated in 22 seconds.

Mo said: “It’s a car that still looks good despite its age.”

BMW 330I

Despite being nearly 20 years old, Mo lists a 330I that looks timeless with its iconic BMW stylings.

What’s more, the German motor is seriously nippy with a top speed of up to 155mph.

Mo adds: “It’s pushing a solid 250bhp from a three-litre engine.

Judging on listings found on popular car board Autocar, the 3 Series can cost as little as £1,500 – although Mo lists a £4,500 iteration.

Nizzan 350Z

Drum-rolled as Mo’s “personal favourite”, the iconic 350Z – a two-door, two-seater sports car produced by Nissan from 2002 until 2009 – is certainly a modern classic.

The 3.5 litre motor with a V6 engine is “undeniably good looking”, accoding to Mo, and also has 300bhp with a top speed of around 155mph.

The model Mo shows in the Autocar listing with set buyers back just £4,800 – and it’s even a convetible.

This comes as car-buying experts at CarWow exclusively gave Sun Motors five brilliant starter cars that new drivers can pick up for under £5,000.

That includes the Fiat 500 – described as a “staple of newly-qualified Brits for years.”
