She was amazed that the coat which was designed by a luxury fashion brand was hanging behind the counter for an affordable price.
Msfili (@msfili) has garnered almost 31,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares her thrift store finds.
She was excited to share her latest shopping haul after buying a long winter coat.
“I saw this fur coat behind the counter,” she said.
“I felt it and it was so luxurious.
“It’s from Hudson Bay, this company dates back to the 1600s so yeah it’s older than Louis Vuitton.”
She showed the brand’s label inside of the coat before holding it up to see how it would look on her.
“Anyway, I went to the mirror and it just looked so bougie and beautiful,” she said.
“I had to get it.
“I don’t know what kind of fur it is but for $60 it was a steal of a deal.”
The video went viral with over 576,000 views and 43,000 likes from people who were impressed by the find.
Hundreds of viewers took to the comment section estimating how much the fur coat is worth.
“This is a silver fox. I have a crystal fox from Hudson Bay in NY back in 1986 for 1/2 off at $4,500. My daughter has it now,” one person wrote.
“That was prob 10k in the 70s,” another said.
“This is worth 1000s! Huge score,” a third chimed in.
“Silver fox wow what a score! Go get it valued, it’s worth a lot,” a fourth said.
“It’s a beautiful coat and it looks like silver fox,” another added.
Msfili previously went viral on the social media platform after finding shelves full of a rare perfume for less than $6 per bottle.
“The first thing I spotted when I walked in the thrift store were these perfumes,” she said.
“I flipped it over and it said Chloe Narcisse, $5 for two of them I thought that was a deal.”
Footage of the shelves showed some of the perfumes were marked as $4.99, while others were $5.99.
Chloe Narcisse perfumes and gift sets have been listed on eBay ranging from $50 to $500 depending on the size.
“I had to buy them all,” the budget-friendly shopper said.
