Therese O’Callaghan, who is now an online coach, confirmed that she lost 50 lbs [3st 6lbs] and now looks like a different person – thanks to a healthy diet, running, and workouts in the gym.
Posting on social media, Therese showed off her impressive weight loss transformation, leaving many open-mouthed.
She wrote: “POV: You lose 50lb and dye your hair.”
At the start of the short clip, we saw Therese prior to her weight loss.
She wore a short black dress and posed for the camera, showing off her curvaceous figure and straight, blonde hair.
However, seconds later, Therese proudly showed off her new look after she slimmed down.
Therese had totally transformed – as she wore a tight white dress, showing off her enviable toned physique.
She wore her hair, which was now dark brown, in a low bun.
The brunette beauty confidently danced around, put her hand on her hips and pouted for the camera.
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @thereseoca, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly amassed 15,200 views in just one day.
Social media users were totally stunned at Therese’s dramatic weight loss and many were eager to compliment her beauty in the comments.
One person said: “A beautiful queen! You look amazing.”
Another added: “You look SO good!!”
A third commented: “Power move.”
Meanwhile, someone else wrote: “Also you look radiant!!”
Whilst another penned: “Respect.”

In another video, Therese shared her weight loss secrets.
She explained: “I ate in a calorie deficit, I strength trained three to five times a week and I have one set day for cardio and core.
“There’s not one magical exercise that’s gonna make you lose fat on your belly. The only thing that’s gonna allow you to lose body fat is by eating in a calorie deficit.
“You cannot pick and choose where you want to lose body fat from. Everyone’s gonna be different.”
A calorie deficit is when a person consumes less calories than they burn – and a person’s individual health and circumstances will affect their calorie needs.
But this isn’t the first time we’ve been Therese.
Previously, the beautiful woman revealed that she was called ‘thunder thighs’ and ‘pretty for a fat girl’.
But Therese didn’t let the hateful comments get her down.
In fact, she used them as motivation to inspire her to become the woman she is today.
The influencer revealed that “words hurt”, as she claimed: “My entire life I was subject to people’s b******t opinions of my body.
“Too fat, pretty face but my body didn’t match, the chubby one, thunder thighs even to the point of being told my ‘weight’ made me unlovable!”
But despite the nasty comments, Therese explained: “I use these words to fuel me, to motivate me, help me become the woman I am today.
“A reminder that other people’s words do not have to become you.
“That’s just them putting their own insecurities onto you.”
Not only this, but we also saw the fitness fanatic share one of her go-to recipes from her weight loss journey.
The TikToker, who lost weight naturally, demonstrated how to make her 10-minute omelette.
In a clip shared on the video sharing platform, she said: “You want to start by cracking two full eggs and one egg white into a bowl and giving that a mix around.
“Then I put eggs onto a pan with some low-calorie spray on a medium heat.”
She continued: “I added the chicken to half of it and added some spinach for greens and some cheese as well.”
As a finishing touch, she drizzled ketchup over the omelette before tucking in.
Therese concluded: “Honestly, it was stunning, it kept me nice and full.
“Just remember, fat loss doesn’t have to be overly complicated.”
