In her video, Tanesa Richards (@tanesaluvluv_) explained that she used to struggle to find the balance between feeling cold or sweltering in her winter wear.

The TikToker, who wears a cup size 32JJ, shared her advice for any woman feeling “frustrated or uninspired.”

“Styling tips to elevate your winter wardrobe as a curvy large-chested midsize girl,” she told her followers.

For Tanesa’s first suggestion, she advised her viewers to “layer underneath, not on top.”

She used the example of wearing a blazer as the staple piece of your outfit.

Instead of hiding the look under a bulky coat, she suggested layering a fleece underneath.

“You’ll have a fleece underneath for the warmth and the blazer on top for the fashion,” Tanesa told viewers.

“Perfect example of still looking stylish but also keeping warm.”

For her second tip, she recommended “adding a massive scarf” to your look.

“I put the fluffiest scarf I can over my coat,” Tanesa explained to her audience.

“I don’t mean those plaid granny-looking regular ones, no, if your coat and shoes are all black and you have a neon green scarf, chef’s kiss,” she said.

Finally, she revealed the wardrobe item she swears by for keeping warm without sweating.

“Use sleeve-only knitted tops,” Tanesa advised her viewers.

“I don’t like wearing a lot of layers in areas that I sweat mostly, it’s disgusting.”

Instead, she recommended layering up your arms but avoiding overheating in the armpits.

“A knitted sleeve where there’s no underarm area, it’s just a sleeve, that will add an extra layer of warmth to your hands,” she said.

Tanesa joked that the item seemed like it had been made for her.
