The allegation was revealed in the latest batch of documents stemming from Giuffre’s lawsuit against Epstein’s business partner Ghislaine Maxwell.
Maxwell was hit with the suit by Virginia Giuffre who accused her of being the mastermind behind her alleged sexual abuse at the hands of Epstein.
The two were able to settle in 2017, but none of the terms or in-court discussions were made public.
But last week, a slew of documents relating to the case started to be released at the order of Southern District of New York Judge Loretta Preska.
The latest series of document dumps, made up of legal briefs, deposition transcripts and police reports, follow a cache of filings unsealed on Monday tied to Epstein victim, Sarah Ransome.
Tuesday’s documents include Giuffre’s deposition, where she was quizzed by Epstein’s attorney Alan Dershowitz.
At one point, Dershowitz said, “Were you paid $10 to $15,000 by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein for having sex with Prince Andrew?”
To which, Giuffre responds, “Yes, I did receive $15,000.
“I don’t know what equivalent that is to pounds. I received it in American dollars.”
Andrew has denied any wrongdoing since allegations against Epstein and Maxwell were made public.
However, Giuffre claims that Andrew had sex with her after she was trafficked when she was just 17.
Maxwell admitted in her deposition that Andrew had visited Epstein’s so-called Paedo Island, but noted that he was only there once.
She claims the only women present were on Epstein’s staff.
Maxwell also said under oath that she ‘”did not recall” being in London with Giuffre and Andrew – despite photographs showing the three together.
Giuffre sued Prince Andrew in 2021 for battery and infliction of emotional distress, and they settled in February 2022.
It was estimated that he dropped millions of pounds to settle, even after he claimed in a 2019 interview that they had never met.
BOMBSHELL FILES
Giuffre, from California, also claimed in the deposition that she had sex with Victoria’s Secret billionaire Les Wexner “multiple times” in New Mexico and New York.
When asked whether it was more than five times, she said “possibly,” before noting it was less than 10.
There was also an alleged sexual encounter with Wexner that involved a third person – Epstein’s es-assistant Sarah Kellen.
Guiffre then claimed to have had sex with another foreign royal, whose name she did not know, in the South of France when she was 17.
“There is another individual that I honestly do not know his name,” she said.
“He spoke in a foreign — he did speak foreign tongue, he spoke English as well.
“But I’m not too sure where he was from…I was introduced to him as a prince.
Giuffre added that she saw Bill Clinton on Epstein’s Caribbean island twice, as well as other guests including Al Gore and Heidi Klum.
In one section, its revealed the FBI asked Giuffre whether Clinton was a witness to the sexual abuse of minors.
Giuffre replied: “Yes, he would be a witness because he knew what my purpose there was for Jeffrey and he visited Jeffrey’s island.”
Clinton has also denied any wrongdoing since the allegations have come out.
MORE TO COME
Names of Epstein and Maxwell’s victims, associates, and alleged co-conspirators will continue to be made public as part of the document dump, according to Preska’s order.
The list is expected to include names of people with close ties to Epstein such as Microsoft founder Bill Gates and former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak.
The new files will include emails, legal documents, depositions, and more relating to Epstein and Maxwell.
Only Epstein and Maxwell have been charged over the alleged sexual abuse of dozens of young girls in his Upper East Side townhouse and his waterfront mansion in Palm Beach, Florida, between 2002 and 2005.
Epstein killed himself in 2019 while he awaited trial.
Maxwell, 62, is serving 20 years for sex trafficking.
