But according to a top plastic surgeon, his soon-to-be-bride has been splashing out on nips and tucks ahead of the reality TV special.

Gerry and Theresa Nist’s Golden Wedding special kicks off this evening, after a season filled with drama and romance.
In the finale, the popular Bachelor spinoff saw handsome 72-year-old Gerry propose to Theresa, 70.
Gerry chose the grandmother over 64-year-old Leslie Fhima.
Despite some controversy, the new couple looks like a decent match.
New York Facial Plastic surgeon Dr. Richard Westreich said Theresa “looked younger” than her fiance – and getting there would have cost her a six-figure sum.
He suggested the couple also had contrasting skin texture around their eyes.
“Theresa does look a little younger than Gerry, ” he told The U.S. Sun
“But another difference is you do not see right above Gerry’s eyelashes where the skin stops, and there is the eyeball.
“You can see a strip of skin above where Theresa’s eyeliner is, between where the liner and the eyelashes are in the eyeball.”
Westreich said the strip suggested a condition known as ectropion.
This is where the lower eyelid droops away from the eye. It also turns outwards.
“Ectropion can happen from a lower lid blepharoplasty where they remove too much skin, ” he said.
“The procedure would have been to correct wrinkling or if you have puffy eye bags.
“Ironically, her lower lids look a little swollen right now so it is also possible that Theresa had a procedure recently.”

Rumors of plastic surgery have plagued Theresa since joining the senior dating show.
Her daughter Jen Woolston told Life and Style magazine: “She’s never had plastic surgery. That kills her.”
In an exclusive interview, Westreich said: “Theresa does look age-appropriate. and not like a 70-year-old who is trying to look 40.
“That is when the wheels usually come off the bus.
“Gerry’s wheels have not come off the bus either.
“But Theresa looks to have spent up to $100,000 on a rhinoplasty, lower and upper lid lift, and a facelift.
“She has also likely had some Botox and filler over the years.”

Theresa joined the ABC show as one of 22 sixty-something women hoping to catch Gerry’s eye.
After grabbing the first date with the father-of-two, the New Jersey native reached her goal.
Fans have since been commenting on Theresa’s youthful looks.
When she shared a throwback photo on Instagram, one said: “Wow, you have aged very well.”
They added: “You don’t look much different than when you were 37.”
On her health and beauty regimen, Theresa said on the show: “I eat super clean.”
The financial services professional also said she avoids sugar.
On changing her future husband’s habits, she added: “I feel like I’m going to influence him to eat healthier.
“And he’s going to influence me to go to bed earlier.”

Westreich suggested her youthful looks may be down to cosmetic work from way back.
He spotted tell-tell signs of an old rhinoplasty.
“Theresa may have had a bad rhinoplasty in the past,” he said.
“Before now, Theresa’s nose looked pretty good, and it seemed to get bigger over time.
“Her nose looks like it has gone in the opposite direction.
“I think it was a bad rhinoplasty because it is short in the middle.
“Now Theresa has slightly disproportionately wide nostrils, which are marks of a bad rhinoplasty.
“Certainly, when they used to do it 30 or 40 years ago, they most often got it wrong.
“To fix this, Theresa must have a whole new rhinoplasty.”

Otherwise, the remaining work appeared to be quicker treatments.
“Theresa looks pretty hollow in her upper lid, ” he said.
“That could be natural or be the result of surgery as well.
“She has gotten quite full lips for her age and has had some kind of cheek filler.”
Despite Gerry and Therea’s youthful glow and blossoming romance, the show has not passed without controversy.
The Indiana native first told how he had not dated other women after the death of his wife in 2017.
According to Hollywood Reporter, an ex-girlfriend said they had dated for three years, and within a month after his wife passed.
The former restauranteur told GQ he stayed in shape, eating healthy breakfasts and playing sports.
He said: “I spend three mornings a week — about three hours each morning— playing some pretty vigorous pickleball.”
Gerry added: “I get my exercise that way.”

Westreich agreed that the bachelor looks very good for his age.
“This is all down to a good head of hair and not moving his forehead very much,” he added.
“Gerry never moves it when he speaks, and that’s not intentional.
“It is just how his body and his face are and just his expression pattern.
“I do not think Gerry has had Botox. I also do not see anything like a facelift.”
