Here’s what the deal between Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Manchester United involves:

Sir Jim Ratcliffe has finally completed his 25 per cent takeover of Manchester United.

Ratcliffe has completed a deal worth about £1.25billion with the Glazers.

Sir Jim is now expected to be in charge of football operations at Old Trafford.
