She had planned to do her leg day workout in a fashionable brown romper after wearing it to film a video.
Amelia Bell (@amelia_grace_bell) has almost 200 followers on TikTok, where she shares her diet and exercise routine.
She took to the social media platform to reveal how the bizarre design of her figure-hugging romper almost caused a mortifying wardrobe malfunction.
“I think the most embarrassing thing in the world could’ve just happened to me,” she said.
“I’ve just done a video in this little jumpsuit and thought ‘it’s so cute, I’m about to go to the gym so let’s wear it.’
“Bearing in mind today is leg day and also little side not I’ve not got any knickers on. I thought ‘God I can’t be bothered’.”
Amelia looked visibly shaken as she showed how the romper looked on her before continuing to explain the situation.
“So no knickers, leg day, remember that,” she said.
“I go to have a wee before I leave for the gym. I’m sat in here doing my business and I look down.
“Praise the holy church of the United Kingdom that I did because I’m sorry, what?”
Amelia showed her romper had been designed with a gaping hole in the crotch area that would’ve exposed more than she bargained for when she exercised at the gym.
She placed two fingers in the hole as she stretched it to show just how big it was.
“All I’m going to say is I’m not usually grateful for my incredibly weak bladder however on this occasion thank you so much,” she said.
“What in the easy access playsuit is that and who invented it? Where was the warning?”
She captioned the post: “Story of my life.”
Hundreds of people watched the video and took to the comments in hysterics over the comical mishap.
Amelia’s wardrobe malfunction comes after another TikToker was left disappointed by a failed outfit choice.
Ana (@preorderedmilf29) ordered a body-sculpting corset from Urban Outfitters in the hopes of looking as “cute” as other fashionistas who’ve embraced the trend.
However, she was left unimpressed when she tried on the brand’s ‘Out From Under Modern Love’ corset which was bought for $59.
She shared a snap of the models wearing the corset on the Urban Outfitters website before comparing how it looked on her.
Ana was understandably peeved by the unflattering shape and described herself as having a “quarterback upper body.”
“Note to self to stop online shopping [clown],” she said.
