“I didn’t think I could get my health back in my 40s, let alone get my dream body,” read the text.

“Calorie deficit for fat loss,” she said. “All natural weight loss.”

She added that she stuck to a lower calorie plan without the help of diet pills.

“Over two years of clawing my way back to health,” she added, showing a clip of herself breaking a sweat in the gym.

She shared that she used resistance training, also known as weight training, to tone up.

Billie didn’t skimp out on the cardio, adding that she hits 10,000 steps daily.

“Outside if possible,” she said of the daily walks.

Her dedication led to more than just a hot new look — she shared some health benefits from the transformation.

“No longer pre-diabetic,” she said.

“No longer on Lexapro,” she added, referring to a prescription medication typically used to treat anxiety and major depressive disorder.

She shared that her joint pain melted away following the 48-pound weight loss.

“Every rep, every step, every tear has been totally worth it,” she said, posing for the camera in a black bikini.
