She said the outfits were chunky-girl-approved for her size 18 body, and joked that her breasts no longer swept the floor.
Taylor Marie Pullan (@taylormariepullan) shares real-life and “chunk-girl-approved” fashion content.
In a TikTok video, she showed off her shopping haul of two dresses from Soma with built-in bras.
She also wrote in a subtitle at the start of the video: “Is it chunky girl approved?”
To be transparent, she shared her measurements and that she was five-foot-eleven, a size 18, weighed 230 pounds, and had a 42G bust size.
“As a member of the Big Titty Committee, this could be a freaking game changer. I love wearing no bra, but when that happens, the girls sweep the floors,” she said.
First, she tried on the V-Neck Tiered Maxi Bra Dress, $39.99, in the shade Spiced Whiskey.
“From the standpoint of not needing a bra. Do I think this is good? Yes. Do I feel super supported? No. Just like a sports bra band with a pad,” she admitted.
She liked that the ” girls were lifted,” it had pockets, and she could wear the garment the way it was without a bra.
In the end, she said it was worth it for the price, the great quality, and the satin texture.
Next, she switched to the Caftan Midi Bra Dress, $59.99, in the shade Morning Espresso.
“I love that it ties around here. So, It cinches in your waist a little bit, but these flowy sleeves, perfect for fall,” she said.
She added that it could be dressed up or down with sneakers and a baseball cap.
The comment section of the video was filled with supportive comments.
“I’ve been getting their dresses for years!! The material is so comfy,” a viewer commented.
A fan added: “Brown dress is fire.”
“Both dresses are super cute. Bummer the built-in bra doesn’t look more supportive. Being a member of the older crowd, the ladies need more support,” another chimed in.
