While TikToker Emelye (@emelyelikeslemonade) wants to keep her slender figure in check, she finds her sugar craving too strong to resist most of the time.

To get the best of both worlds, she created her own healthy spin on cookie dough.

“This is the first recipe I’m posting about things I ate while I was leaning out,” she began in the clip.

“I have a huge sweet tooth, so this is protein cookie dough.”

Because it doesn’t contain too much sugar or carbs, Emelye said she allows herself to indulge regularly.

“I eat it almost every single night, it’s so good.”

Rather than use dozens of ingredients to get the flavor right, her version requires just four grocery items: vanilla protein powder, oats, almond milk, and Lily’s dark chocolate baking chips.

“The first step is to blend half a cup of oats, then add one serving of protein powder and blend it all so that it mixes together.”

The result of the combination is a flour-like consistency.

After transferring it to a bowl, Emelye said to eyeball the amount of almond milk as you mix with a spoon until it reaches a sticky, cookie-dough-like texture.

“Then, add in your chocolate chips. I don’t measure, I just put how many I’m in the mood for.

“And I love chocolate, so I put a lot,” she said about the Lily’s brand morsels, which are known for having less sugar than standard chocolate chips.

Mix it all up, transfer it to a rectangular plastic container, smush it flat, and let it sit in the freezer for 15 minutes.

“So good. The best thing ever in my opinion.”

Viewers were drooling as they watched.

“Brb going to go make this right now,” one wrote.

“Need to try this out,” added a second.

After freezing it for 15 minutes, Emelye raved about her dish, calling it 'the best thing ever'
