The 28 year-old took to social media to tell her followers that her grandma had died.
She shared a throwback snap of herself as a child with her gran, with the caption: “1934-2023 Love You Nannie.”
She added a white dove and a heart hands emoji to the post.
Liv then shared a second retro snap of her and other young family members playing table football with their nan.
“Forever in our hearts,” she wrote.
