The best part is you only need a seven ingredients to make it happen.
Hoping to create a healthy yet delicious base for her meals, Samantha Purnell (@sammypur) experimented with juicy chicken bites.
While she has made a similar recipe before, she said these are even better.
“If you are a fan of the original juicy chicken 101 recipe, then you are about to go feral because this is how you make juicy chicken 101 bites,” she began in the clip.
And because it doesn’t take much effort to make, it’s the perfect lazy girl dinner.
“Start by chopping your chicken up into bite size piece, then pat it dry,” she said, using a paper towel to remove the excess moisture.
Set the pieces in a bowl and start covering them in the spices: garlic powder, garlic salt, lemon pepper, paprika.
“And then add a teaspoon of corn starch because that helps them get extra crispy in the air fryer.”
Once they’re covered in seasoning, added a small spray of avocado oil and toss them around in the bowl to coat.
“Then pop them in the air fryer at 400 degrees for eight minutes and you’re done.
“It’s literally the easiest thing ever.”
If you’re ever craving Chick-fil-A, Samantha suggested this might be your go-to swap.
“They taste like healthy chicken nuggets but way better seasoned.”
Although the influencer admitted she likes to eat them alone dipped in sauce, she said she often serves them with couscous, cucumbers, and tzatziki for a healthy lunch.
