The former One Direction star stepped out in the French Capital as he attended a fancy dinner party.
Liam, 30, and his partner Kate Cassidy, 23, were spotted at the exclusive Caviar Kaspia restaurant.
The singer kept it casual at the Frame dinner event as he wore an oversized bohemian red shirt over a white tee and baggy denim jeans.
He was also spotted in complimentary white boots and a simple gold pendant necklace as he clutched his girlfriends hand.
The pair strode through the streets of the city of love as Kate donned a plunging black number and matching knee-high suede boots.
Despite them attending dinner in the evening at night, she opted for black rimmed sunglasses to protect her eyes whilst she was snapped by the plush establishment.
This comes after Liam was previously rushed to hospital after he fell ill on a trip to Lake Como in Italy with his girlfriend.
Doctors investigated his recurring problem, which led to him cancelling a tour last month.
The ex-One Direction star was celebrating his one-year anniversary with Kate when he fell ill at their property beside the lake.
He was rushed to A&E in an ambulance before being checked into a hospital ward for emergency treatment, where he stayed for several days.
The latest scare came just weeks after he told fans he had been in hospital with a serious kidney infection, forcing him to cancel his first solo tour.
At the time, a source told The Sun: “Liam is in a bad way but he’s in the best place he can be and finally doctors will be able to get to the bottom of what is going on.”
Predictably, it sparked worry among One Direction’s still devoted legion of fans — as many linked the overseas ambulance dash to his history of addiction issues which have seen him spend time in rehab.
As one pal put it: “It doesn’t come as a huge surprise — his life- style has been on a bit of a downward spiral for a while.”
His mum Karen also revealed she was “worried sick” about him and felt “helpless” over his most recent scare.
She added: “All we can really do is sit it out here and hope for the best.
“We feel helpless. It’s such a horrible situation and we just hope he’s in the best place possible.”
