This optical illusion consists of a pale green backdrop, with a maze of darker green Xs over the top.

But not everything is as it seems as six of these letters are in fact entirely different.

We challenge you to put your eyes to the test and spot the rogue letters within a ten-second timeframe.

Don’t let the vibrant colours and negative space make your eyes droop though, as you’ll need razor-sharp vision to complete the challenge.

Optical illusions are becoming a popular method of puzzle-solving daily activities that test not just your brainpower, but eyesight too.

So, have you spotted the six odd-ones-out yet?

Don’t worry if you’re struggling as we have the solution below.

If you’re still having difficulty locating the rogue letters amongst the Xs, we can give you a hint.

The first three can be found on the far left-hand side, in the third, seventh, and ninth rows.

The next three can be spotted on the right-hand side in rows two, five, and eight.

But if this optical illusion was too hard – or too easy – for you, then why not give these fun games a whirl?

Firstly, can you spot the owl in the odd sweater in just ten seconds?

Or how about the seven dogs that are hiding out in this woodland scene

And you could be the greatest if you can spot a goat hiding on a hillside.

But if you really want to test your skills and have a hoot, try to find the owl wearing a distinctive jumper in this tricky brain teaser.
