In case you’ve just woken from a coma or have been living in the wilderness for 24 hours, Daniel Andrews yesterday announced his resignation as Victorian Premier after more than eight years in the job.
The Labor caucus will meet at Midday to discuss who will take the reigns as Premier, with Jacinta Allan and Ben Carroll emerging as frontrunners.
