A FITNESS coach has shared his exercise routine that’s so easy you don’t even have to move from the couch.

His living room cardio didn’t require any equipment either.

“Cardio routine you can do while watching TV,” said Justin Agustin (@justin_agustin).

He started off his couch cardio with his arm stretched out in an overhead reach.

Justin’s certified personal training coach friend Kathleen demonstrated the same routine but while standing.

Next, the standing and sitting pair practiced their front jacks as they moved their legs front to back.

Known for his gentle beginner workout alternatives, Justin then started his seated knee to elbow routine.

Kathleen continued to follow along with the same moves while still standing.

Their fans were thankful for the easy to follow along fitness routines.

“This is wonderful – thank you so much for showing genuine beginner workouts and different levels,” said one grateful follower.

Another viewer was counting on him for staying on her fit path: “I’m doing that tomorrow. Thanks. I’m on my weight loss journey.”

The living room cardio duo weren’t done yet as they then put their arms out as they performed some power jabs.

The fitness fanatics did three rounds of jabs lasting 30 seconds each.
