She said that people expect her to cover her body up in cardigans, but she would rather wear rompers and heels.
Fitness fan Jacqueline Hooton (@hergardengym) challenges societal norms by helping women in their 50s and 60s get strong, fit, and healthy.
In an Instagram Reel, she showcased her fashion sense while making a body-confident statement about challenging ageism.
At the start of the video, she wore a blue, purple, and pink patchwork robe, olive green sweatpants, and UGGs.
Her hair was pulled back from her face and reading glasses were perched low on her nose.
She revealed that she’s a mother of five children and has three grandchildren as she held a pair of high silver strappy heels.
In addition, she wrote that she was promoting the benefits of exercise and challenging negative age stereotypes.
Jacqueline brushed out her gray hair and paired the shoes with a colorful romper and graphic print style.
“Some people have a problem with this. My attitude,” she wrote in a subtitle.
The hot mom strutted away from the camera and posed as the video came to a close.
“YES QUEEEENNN. That’s the spirit!! My mom is the same but with her own style!! She doesn’t look her age at all because aging is just soooo underrated!! We don’t need to look like this or that,” a viewer commented.
“Omg I love it!!! I’m 30 and I don’t have those legs,” another chimed in.
YOU SLAAAAAY. THOSE LEGS. UGH, LOVE THAT FOR YOU,” a fan praised.
