The teenager, who is the son of Peter Andre and Katie Price, dropped the new track on Friday morning.
Junior‘s song, titled ‘Only One’ has now shot to number one on the official iTunes chart.
Earlier today the 18-year-old appeared on ITV’s Loose Women to promote the single.
Its release comes after he signed a deal with Columbia Records two years ago.
He’s hoping to follow in his dad Peter’s footsteps having had a successful pop career himself.
Bursting with pride for his son, Pete took to Instagram and said: “Can’t believe junior is going on Loose Woman on his own for the FIRST time today.
“His single ‘Only One’ is OUT NOW. Download on iTunes. Thank you so much for your support already everyone.”
In a further update, he was reduced to tears, telling fans: “Yeah a bit emotional…… but for a reason.
“So proud of you son for being you. ‘Only One’ out now.”
Junior had been performing the catchy track at music festivals throughout the summer.
