And while the 32 year-old hasn’t turned his back on acting since leaving the Square, he has added a new string to his bow.

Toby is working as a jazz and swing singer and is available to book for private events.

According to celebrity booking website, Champions, he is also available as a public speaker.

The blurb on the website says: ” His ease in front of a crowd makes him the perfect performer for your next event or awards evening.

“If you are looking for a speaker, singer or host, look no further than the versatile Toby-Alexander Smith who will ensure your guests are provided with an enjoyable and memorable evening.”

Earlier this month Toby-Alexander married fellow soap star Amy Walsh, who plays Tracy Metcalfe in Emmerdale and recently starred in Celebrity Masterchef.

She reached the final of the competition alongside Luca Bish and winner Wynne Evans.

Toby and Amy have been together for four years after meeting in the audience of Strictly Come Dancing back in 2019.

The pair welcomed daughter Bonnie in December 2021 and got engaged in August 2022.

They tied the knot in Montenegro.

“It was honestly the most perfect day,” Amy told OK! magazine. “It surpassed all my expectations and more.”
