Christopher, who recently mourned the loss of his father, was seen taking a stroll as he recovered from the upper and lower eye surgery.
Red blemishes could clearly be seen both above and below his eyelids, with sore-looking marks around his water line.
He donned a grey T-Shirt, cross-body bag and gold chain as he filmed a video explaining the procedure on the EuropeSurgery TikTok page.
Chris – who featured on the ninth series of X Factor back in 2012 – spoke directly to the camera as he addressed the issue of apprehension over surgery abroad.
He told the video: “I think obviously people worry about coming abroad for surgery because it’s a foreign country and they think people don’t speak English, and the cleanliness and how good is the surgeon.
“I personally researched Adam very thoroughly since 2014, since I have been coming.
“When you come off the flight your chauffeur picks you up and takes you to the apartments, which are fantastic by the way.
“You go for your surgery and you go for after-care every day, every morning at 8am to see the nurses and doctors and make sure there’s no problems and no infections.”
Back in June the star revealed his new face in a snap showing stitches around his eyes.
The surgery was the result of his 20th cosmetic procedure amid a tough battle with body dysmorphia.
The NHS states that BDD is “a mental health condition where a person spends a lot of time worrying about flaws in their appearance. These flaws are often unnoticeable to others”.
Back then, the ex Celebrity Big Brother contestant spoke to MailOnline and confirmed he has had his first blepharoplasty to see excess skin removed from the eyelids.
Chris’ surgery this year sparked worry after they spotted his blooded-up look.
Back in 2018, he stunned followers after posting a bizarre video of his eyelid and face tweaks.
In the same year, he appeared on Loose Women and opened up about his battles with body dysmorphia and depression.
He revealed that he put on three stone after not leaving the house for 18 months while battling depression and anxiety.
He said: “I used to feel very guilty about eating. It used to upset me but now I’m just eating and putting on healthy weight.”
Meanwhile, three years prior, Chris revealed he’d spent a whopping £70,000 on plastic surgery.
At the time, he had had a nose job, hair transplant, eye lift and teeth veneers.
Speaking after the surgery, he said: “I hated how big my nose was so I’ve had surgery twice on it – to make it smaller and change the way my profile looks.
“When the bandages first came off I looked in the mirror and had a complete panic attack because I was all bloody and bruised. Now I feel so much happier for it.”
