Noor Alfallah, 29, filed a petition to determine a parental relationship with her three-month-old son, Roman Alfallah Pacino.
Alfallah is demanding full physical custody of her son with “reasonable visitation” given to Pacino, 83, according to court documents seen by The Blast.
She has agreed to give the Academy Award-winning actor joint legal custody, which will allow him to be involved in major decisions such as the child’s schooling, medical treatment, and religion.
Alfallah also included a one-page “voluntary declaration of parentage” signed by both parties, which was executed six days after the child was born.
Pacino and a third-party witness signed the document, declaring the actor as the biological father of the child.
Alfallah is also asking the court to make Pacino pay for any attorney fees or legal costs related to the case.
It’s unclear how much Alfallah will ask in child support as an exact amount isn’t listed in the filing.
In California, the court must establish the parents and income of both parties before ordering child support.
“The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party,” read the document.
However, most of the time the judge will make a determination of how much is owed based on a request made by Alfallah in the coming days.
Pacino and Alfallah welcomed their child on June 6, 2023, at Cedar Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.
This is Pacino’s fourth child – he already has 22-year-old twins with ex Beverly D’Angelo and an older daughter with ex-partner Jan Tarrant.
Pacino and Alfallah, who was previously linked with Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger, had started dating during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Alfallah had also dated billionaire Nicolas Berggruen before being spotted with Hollywood legend Clint Eastwood when the pair were seen at dinner in 2019.
Despite the rumors, Noor shut them down quickly.
She told Daily Mail: “There is no relationship, we’re not dating. There is no relationship.
“We’re family friends, and my family was there and that’s it.”
