Whether you are throwing a ghoulish gathering or simply heading out trick or treating, there are plenty of fun items to choose from.

And your Halloween haul won’t break the bank, as most of the range is priced at just £1.

But bargain lovers have been rushing to their nearest stores to grab the best bits – so you need to be quick.

If you are planning to transform your pad into a haunted house, there are plenty of discount decorations on offer.

Shoppers can pick up a variety of spooky-themed paper plates, cups, napkins and straws to host the perfect monster mash at their place.

These items cost just £1, along with the incredible Halloween crackers that are available to grab in Poundland stores across the UK.

The low-cost retailer also has a scary selection of festive gimmicks for you to decorate your home with.

Shoppers can snap up pumpkin and ghost balloons, paper pumpkin lanterns and a pack of four spooky spiders for just £1 each.

There is also a large glass pumpkin jar for you to keep your sweets in, which will cost you just £5.

Poundland also have a number of products on sale that you can grab to keep the kids busy while you get your house Halloween-ready.

A number of crafting kits, such as the make-your-own Halloween bunting bundle and the paint-your-own pumpkin set, are also included in the budget store’s latest range.

Tom Church, co-founder of money-saving site LatestDeals.co.uk, urged Brits to bag a bargain at Poundland as soon as they can.

He said: ” I’m a big fan of the festive ranges Poundland brings out.

“They’re always good value and a bit of fun without breaking the bank.

“If you’re interested, I’d recommend getting in early, as the best stuff usually sells out”.
