The high-neck dress featured dozens of strings of pearls that draped from her left shoulder and wrapped around her waist.
Skimming her hips was the bottom half of the outfit, a black skirt that flowed to the floor in a beautiful hourglass shape.
Her raven locks were pulled on top of her head in a slick bun with loose curls delicately placed for extra effect.
Maura, 32, framed her eyes with winged eyeliner and added a glossy pink lip.
She accessorised with large gold hoop earrings and a dainty gold bangle.
Her appearance on the red carpet comes just days after she revealed a huge career move.
Maura posted a photo at Gatwick airport on her social media, pulling along a suitcase.
Then, in the next snap, she could be seen holding up a script as she teased a brand new acting project.
Maura wrote: “Script reading on my flight… today I’m going to be an actress.
“Btw I have never acted in my life so this will be very interesting.”
Maura made sure that none of her followers could see what the script was about or who was directing it, as she scribbled out some key bits of information.
The star recently returned from Fiji where she worked on the social channels and behind the scenes content for the US version of Love Island.
