She said not only is she extremely fit for her age but she’s even in better shape now than she was in her 30s.

The international lawyer, who held an MBA, also was a certified Pilates instructor and managed to balance both her job and her activity level.
The age-positive content creator explained that she wanted to change people’s perspectives on what it meant to age.
“The fittest lawyer on the planet, hoping to change attitudes about aging!” she said.
To prove her ambitious claim, the lawyer got into a handstand in one video, sporting a pink crop top and neon yellow shorts that showed off her abs in the middle of a room.
She held the difficult position for over 10 seconds as she spread her legs in the air.
Then, she brought her legs back together, resulting in a controlled movement that lasted over ten seconds.
Deb explained that being fit doesn’t have to decrease as you age: “This is 61,” she said proudly.

She explained that with effort, you can get stronger as you age: “I am in better shape now than when I was in my 30s!”
“You can improve your fitness as you age,” she encouraged.
In another video, she showed off her moves in the air on ropes, demonstrating the extent of her core strength.
She lifted herself on the ropes and twirled around, wrapping the ropes around her legs in the process to secure herself.
