Wearing a sun hat and a pair of sunglasses, Kate looked incredible as she showed off her toned figure.

The radio star – who last month enjoyed a family holiday on Lake Maggiore in Italy – also posted snaps of her wearing a white linen shirt and looking perfectly tanned.

Acknowledging that the summer break was over, she added a final picture of her buried under a mountain of laundry, saying it was “back to reality”.

She captioned the post: “And just like that…

“I’ve gone from sunglasses, sun hats, dressing like the fire extinguisher next to me, white linen shirts and summer crop tops…to my fave silk pyjamas doing all the washing.

“Summer holidays, over and out.”

But some fans were quick to unfairly comment on Kate’s figure, prompting her hubby Martin to respond.

Writing in the comments section, he said: “I love that people are concerned about my wife’s weight when I cook for her,” followed by a laughing emoji.

He added: “Guys, chill – it’s the camera angle. Put the phone down and go outside for a bit.”

Many fans were quick to defend Kate, with one writing: “Nice to see you’ve got your wife’s back. Stay strong.”

A second posted: “Exactly well said, what’s wrong with people.”

A third added: “Your wife is absolutely stunning. When people comment on somebody else’s weight they are just sad and jealous. Kate is in perfect shape and it’s nobody else’s business.”

The media personality often shares family updates with her social media following – but it can sometimes come with

Last month she was forced to hit back after cruel mum-shamers slammed her for posting a video of Noa crying.

They also claimed Noa was too young to be on a road trip through Europe.

But Kate furiously responded: “Firstly please don’t tell me what I can and can’t post on my own Instagram account. I wouldn’t ever dream of telling even a family member what they should or shouldn’t post.

“Secondly, the reel I posted was not for ‘entertainment’, It’s hugely important for me to also share the reality of holidaying with two dogs and a toddler as so many of you asked for advice, tips & recommendations about European road trips.

“If all I shared were sweet and smiley family photos it would be completely disingenuous and not representative of this trip at all.”
