TikToker Luke received a “good news” email from the lottery bosses and let his imagination run wild.
In a rollercoaster of a video, Luke says: “One person in the UK won £184million on the lottery… imagine waking up to this email and seeing £184million.”
He then points to his National Lottery email alerting him to what could have been the jackpot win.
The suspense grows until he announces to his followers: “It was not me, I won £5.”
“But my heart did stop, momentarily.”
Luckily, Luke – although gutted at his EuroMillions loss – took it all in his stride as he laughed off the pain.
Still dreaming of spending that fortune, he says: “And then I started looking at £5million houses with my £5.”
He continues: “Imagine being that person waking up today, whoever you are [and] winning that amount of money – that is beyond life changing.
“How would you spend it?”
It comes as a grandmother-of-nine who won a £60,000 lottery jackpot has revealed how she’ll splash the cash.
Jackie Caul, 75, landed the “life-changing” People’s Postcode Lottery win on Saturday after her postcode scooped £120,000 – with the ex-dinner lady taking the majority windfall.
Meanwhile, a couple who accidentally bought extra lottery tickets nearly missed out on winning half a million after almost cancelling them.
Michael Stokes, 61, and his wife Sandra, from Earl Shilton, Leicestershire, landed a whopping £461,538 in the Postcode Lottery.
