Veronica shared her story in a TikTok video online.
“Pretty Little Thing, I love you but count your days because I just ordered a bunch of stuff from you guys and what the hell is this?”
“I’m going to New York in a couple weeks for fashion week so I wanted to order a co order set as well as some other things to wear to shows, walking around the city.”
“One of the things that I thought would be so cute is this little mini skirt co-ord set with this top.”
Veronica added she ordered all of her tops in a size 2 but went for a size 4 in the co-ord set skirt.
But after trying it on Veronica could tell it was way too small.
She said: “It can barely get up one leg.”
The fashion fan said she suspected she was sent a size 0 so she decided to grab a measuring tape to check.
She said: “Yeah this will explain it, the lower waist is supposed to be 37 inches, it’s 27 inches.”
“I don’t know where those 10 inches went. This is definitely not a size 4.”

Veronica said she was very disappointed.
She said: “Now I don’t get to rock a cute little co-ord set.”
However despite claiming she received the wrong item Veronica said she won’t be returning the set.
She said: “Guess what I’m not gonna do, pay $20 to send this back through international shipping to get a return.”
“It’s just so annoying because the tops fit totally fine.”
Veronica said she ordered a size bigger in the skirt that she usually would just to make sure that it wasn’t too small.
Veronica’s video racked up over 100,000 views, viewers claimed they too has issues with Pretty Little Thing online orders.
One user said: “Lol fashion companies gaslighting us on sizing.”
Another said: “I’m convinced PLT sizing is just randomized bc everything I ordered was the same size but it all fit differently.”
“I ordered my WEDDING DRESS from them and they sent half of it,” claimed a third.
