MODERN Family child star Nolan Gould has wowed fans with his incredible body transformation 14 years after finding fame.

The actor, 24, shocked his followers when he flaunted his ripped body in new snaps on social media.

The actor, who has 2million followers on Instagram, is currently hiking in the Elk Mountains in Colorado and stopped for a rest in front of an stunning landscape.

He posed topless and captioned his photo: “Four Pass Loop – Maroon Bells, Colorado. 26 miles, more oatmeal packets than can be counted.

“Aliens were definitely seen.”

Fans were amazed by the Hollywood star’s stripped back photos, and one raved: “Oh my God he posted he posted aaaaaah!!”

Another took to the comments section and said: “Shirtless Nolan is the best Nolan!”

One more spotted Nolan’s hair and said: “Looks like dreadlocks are forming? Niiice!!!”

The Modern Family star floored his legion of fans two years ago when he first revealed his washboard abs and bulging biceps.

He told them he had “changed his look and mindset” during lockdown and was also ready to change directions in his career.

The young actor played Luke Dunphy on the ABC sitcom, where he was first cast at age 10.

13 years later, the child star told PEOPLE about his fitness journey.

He said: “I spent six months basically on vacation.

“But I feel like now it’s time to kind of make a decision on where I want to go with my career, and one of the ways you can do that is by changing my look and my mindset.”

“I’ve been working out an hour and a half every day with my friend Michael who is a personal trainer,” he revealed.

“We have a really cool socially-distant setup that has allowed me to get fit while also being safe. It’s been nice.

“Especially being unemployed in quarantine, having a reason to get up and stay motivated. It’s been something that’s been very healthy and positive for me in quarantine. It’s really changed my outlook.”

Nolan also confessed he switched to a “pretty crazy diet” consisting of “lean protein and vegetables.”

The sitcom star ditched the “teenage boy/bachelor” meals like “four pizzas at once.”

Modern Family’s final episode aired on April 8th, 2020, just as the pandemic was becoming widespread.
