IF you’re looking for a handy and healthy dinner that your kids will love, one woman has the answer.

In her video, TikTok user Steph Pase (@stephpase) demonstrated how to make her pesto pasta meal.

“I’m going to be teaching you how to make the most delicious healthiest easiest pasta dinner of your entire life, your kids will absolutely froth over it,” she said.

Steph pointed out that her go-to dinner can be made with as little as four ingredients though she added a little more to her dish.

“You want to start with your pasta, mine is gluten-free spaghetti, I love prawns or chicken, and of course a jar of pesto,” she told viewers.

To finish the dish, Steph recommends adding cherry tomatoes, spinach, and pine nuts.

For the first step, she boiled her spaghetti and while it drained she used the same pot to cook her prawns.

She explained: “Once my protein has been cooked through I will add the cherry tomatoes so it gives them enough time to cook.

“Then I’ll chuck in my pasta and my jar of pesto, it is literally so easy and once I’ve mixed it I’ll add in things like spinach and pine nuts.”

Steph also suggested switching up the recipe if you get bored, adding ingredients like bacon or chorizo to give it extra flavor.

“It is absolutely amazing, it feeds our whole family, and I have enough left over for lunch tomorrow,” she said.

A third person, who lost 145 pounds, revealed the healthy burger recipe she swears by.
