A 28-year-old man who was hit by a car in South Australia’s Murraylands on Sunday night has died in hospital, police have said.

The pedestrian, from Mannum, was treated by paramedics at the scene on King George Street, which emergency services attended just after 7pm.
He was then flown in a critical condition to the Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH).
“Sadly, the young man died of his injuries today,” police said on Monday afternoon.
SA Police’s Major Crash unit is investigating the circumstances of the collision.
The driver of the car, a 72-year-old man also from Mannum, was taken to the local hospital as a precaution but was “not physically injured”, police said.
The victim was the 76th person killed as a result of road crashes in South Australia this year, compared to 48 at the same time last year.
Also on Sunday night, a motorcyclist and a driver were taken to the RAH after a crash on North East Road at Hillcrest in suburban Adelaide.
The rider, a 28-year-old man from Parafield Gardens, suffered non-life-threatening but serious injuries.
The driver, a 25-year-old woman from Salisbury East, sustained minor injuries.
