The star, who shot to fame on the first series of the ITV2 show in 2015, shared a clip of her new look on Instagram.
Hannah headed to Faces By AKJ ™️ clinic in Stockport to get a top up of filler in her bum.
The reality favourite posted videos of the practitioner injecting it into her backside.
“So we’re just adding a bit of volume to the top today,” Hannah told fans.
“This is the first side. As always, you can’t feel anything because I’ve been numbed up.”
After she had both sides done, Hannah posted a pic of her bum with two white plasters on her cheeks.
She said: “I am obsessed with my results.”
Earlier this year Hannah flashed her bum to show off huge new tattoo.
The inking, which is a red rose, covers her hip and her back.
Hannah took part in the first series of Love Island eight years ago.
The star found love with Jon Clark – and even got engaged on the show.
However they split three months after returning home from the villa.
Hannah recently opened up about her toilet habits on the show.
Talking of the layout of the compound, the Love Island OG said: “There’s even a camera in the loo.
“I literally couldn’t go to the loo in there because I just felt ashamed because there were boys everywhere.
“It’s embarrassing and then you’ve got a camera with like 300-odd ITV people watching you on the toilet.”
She added to the Daily Star: “The pooing thing got so bad that they actually started opening the hideaway and letting a few girls go in there because they were actually concerned and worried about us.
“Especially when there are lads in and out in the bedroom – you just feel ashamed.”
