The ex TOWIE favourite, 33 – who welcomed her first baby with fiance Lorri Haines last month – told fans she was “focussing on the feeling” of her workouts.
Ferne, who is now mum to Sunday, aged five, and Finty, admitted she was “getting back to it.”
Her trainer captured her in a olive green bodysuit as she went barefoot on a mat.
She threw a weighted medicine ball repeatedly on the floor in a wide squat position before switching to the ropes.
Her PT Tim Pitman wrote in an Instagram video: “So good to see Ferne McCann absolutely smashing her training.
“Looking forward to helping you regain your full fitness.”
The ITVBe star re-posted the slides to her page and told fans: “Getting back to it … two sessions back since giving birth to Finty.
“All I am focussing on right now is how I feel mentally after exercising – focussing on the feeling!!”
Ferne recently opened up on the adorable name choice for her newborn.
The choice of moniker has divided fans – and Ferne took to Instagram to open up about it.
Ferne said: “Now the name… I knew it was going to split some hairs but I just think if you go for a popular name, an unusual name, whatever name you go for, the’s always going to be a few people that won’t like it. That’s just the way it is.
“But we all grow into our names and she’s such a little Finty.”
Ferne and Finty’s dad Lorri got engaged last July on holiday after they started dating in 2021.
Yet this week, she was forced to defend herself from mum-shamers after Finty’s new nursery was revealed.
She released a furious video which centred on the number of pillows in her little girl’s cot – with trolls insisting they were a hazard.
